By using SecureLink (secure-link.support), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SecureLink for:
- Phishing, scamming, or fraudulent activities
- Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful content
- Spamming or sending unsolicited bulk messages
- Copyright infringement or distributing illegal content
- Abusing the service (excessive automated requests)
2. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Immediately report any unauthorized access to your account
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these terms
3. Link Ownership & Deletion
- You own the shortlinks you create while your account is active
- We may delete inactive shortlinks after 12 months of no clicks
- We reserve the right to disable shortlinks violating our terms
- No refunds for deleted accounts or shortlinks
4. Bot Traffic & Analytics
- We automatically detect and separate bot traffic from human traffic
- Bot clicks are not counted toward your human click statistics
- You may clear bot click logs at any time via your dashboard
- We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in bot detection
5. Service Availability
- We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- We may perform maintenance with minimal notice
- We are not liable for losses due to service interruptions
- All shortlinks use HTTP 302 redirects (temporary)
6. Anti-Abuse Measures
SecureLink implements industry-standard anti-abuse measures to protect our service and users:
- Rate limiting on link creation and clicks
- Bot detection and filtering
- Automated scanning for malicious destinations
- Manual review of reported links
- IP blocking for abusive behavior
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SecureLink shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data or profits arising from use of our service
- Actions of third parties using your shortlinks
- Accuracy of destination websites you link to
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
